2025 marks the 15th anniversary of Aktobe refinery LLP. Since its founding, the company has come a long way, evolving from the launch of its initial units into a comprehensive production hub that delivers essential products to the market.
This milestone serves not only as a celebration but as an opportunity to reflect on our journey and honor the pioneers of the plant—those who stood at its origins and whose dedication has been instrumental to its growth.
On October 22, 2025, a solemn ceremony was held, attended by the company's management, shareholders, industry veterans, and employees. The General Director thanked the team for their professionalism, responsibility, and dedication, and presented letters of appreciation on behalf of the leadership.
The Ministry of Energy and the Akimat of the Aktobe Region recognized the top employees with letters of appreciation, certificates of merit, and breastplates: "For Contribution to the Development of the Oil and Gas Complex" and "Honored Worker of the Oil and Gas Industry." Three senior employees were awarded the "Veteran of Labor" medal, and the head of the plant's laboratory, Raisa Alibikyzy Koilybai, was honored with the "For Distinguished Labor" medal.
